Cisco Call for Microsoft Teams
Webex Calling integration with Microsoft Teams from PeachComm
Your team stays in Microsoft Teams. PeachComm's Webex Calling runs the phone system behind every call.
With Cisco Call for Microsoft Teams, your business phone line sits in the Teams sidebar. People call any phone number, extension or coworker from Teams, and the calls run on PeachComm Webex Calling, so you don't add Microsoft Teams Phone licenses. It comes with Basic, Standard and Premium at no extra charge.

How Webex Calling works inside Microsoft Teams
Cisco Call shows up as an app in the Teams sidebar and in your chats, so people can start a call from a one-on-one chat, a group chat or a channel. The Webex app stays signed in on each computer and runs in the background, and your administrator can hide its window. Calls run on PeachComm's Webex Calling, not Microsoft's phone service, so your numbers, caller ID, auto attendant and business hours stay with PeachComm.

Works where your team does
- Microsoft Teams on Windows and Mac computers
- Microsoft Teams on iOS and Android phones
- Your Microsoft admin can turn off Teams' built-in calling, so everyone calls the same way

Teams on its own vs. Teams with PeachComm Webex Calling
Teams on its own calls other Teams users. Calls to regular phone numbers need Microsoft Teams Phone and a connection to the phone network. With Cisco Call, those calls run on PeachComm's Webex Calling instead.

No Microsoft Teams Phone licenses to add
The Microsoft side

The PeachComm side
Each calling user has a PeachComm Basic, Standard or Premium license, and the Teams integration comes with all three at no extra charge. Your phone bill and phone support come from PeachComm. Compare plans.

Keep your desk phones, numbers and call flows
Not everyone wants to call from a laptop. Reception desks, warehouses and conference rooms can keep desk phones on the same PeachComm system, and anyone can start a call from Teams on their Cisco desk phone. Basic, Standard and Premium all come with the Webex app and a desk phone, so people can call from Teams and keep their Cisco desk phone. PeachComm moves your existing numbers, and your auto attendant and business hours run on Webex Calling and ring people in Teams. Call recording is on every plan.
- Cisco 9800 Series desk phones
- Cisco-certified Poly and Yealink phones
- The Webex app on computers and phones, for anyone outside Teams

What does our Microsoft 365 administrator need to do?
