PeachComm Basic gives each user unlimited domestic business calling on Webex Calling, the Webex App on phone, tablet, PC, and Mac, and a desk phone when you want one. It is built for people who need reliable business phone service without team messaging or hosted video meetings on the license.

Calling

• Unlimited business calling, HD voice, caller ID, transfer, park, and pickup
• Auto attendant, hunt group, call queue (up to about 50 agents / 125 calls waiting), and music on hold
• Visual voicemail, voicemail to text, and voicemail to email
• Call recording — Webex Call Recording is the default and is included on all plans; Dubber Go is also available (see Plans & Pricing)
• Live call summaries and transcription
• Business continuity so calls can fail over if a site goes offline
• Microsoft Teams integration for calling on every PeachComm license, including Basic
• Outlook and Microsoft 365 calling integration

Messaging

Team messaging, spaces, and file sharing are not included on Basic. Choose Standard or Premium if your users live in chat as well as voice.

Meetings

Hosted Webex Meetings are not included on Basic. Standard hosts meetings up to about 100 people; Premium up to about 1,000. Webex Meetings / Webex Suite can also be discussed as an add-on path when you need meetings without changing every seat.

AI

Basic includes live call summaries and transcription on calling. Messaging AI and Meetings AI Assistant are on higher licenses (see Plans & Pricing). AI Receptionist and Enhanced AI are add-ons.

Devices

• Webex App on phone, tablet, PC, and Mac
• Desk phones: Cisco desk phones plus Cisco-certified Poly and Yealink phones, plus Cisco room devices when you need shared video rooms
• Hot desking and single number reach so users can move between devices and keep one business number
• Analog / fax via ATA / T.38 when you still need a fax machine on the network

Who it’s for

Front-desk and warehouse lines, light office users, shared workstations, and any seat that needs a full business dial tone without collaboration chat or meeting hosting on that license. Mix Basic with Standard or Premium seats on the same PeachComm account when roles differ.

How PeachComm helps

A dedicated PeachComm team can design numbers, porting, phones, and call routing with you — or your admins can self-manage in Control Hub, User Hub, and the Webex App. PeachComm handles number porting. For 911 / emergency calling, we provide guidance during setup; keeping emergency addresses accurate remains the customer’s responsibility. An on-site technician is available on request.

Add-ons worth knowing

Customer Assist (quoted), AI Receptionist, Webex Attendant Console, call recording options, Microsoft Teams calling (included on the license; ask us about rollout), and Webex Meetings / Suite. Webex Go is not on Basic (add-on on Standard, Premium, and Customer Assist).
