A business phone system that lives in the cloud

A cloud phone system, also called a VoIP phone system or business VoIP, runs your calls over the internet instead of through a box in a back closet. All you need to get started is an internet connection. Shopping for a small business phone system for a handful of people, or one that covers hundreds of users across several sites? Either way, each person gets the license that fits their role.

Why businesses move their phones to PeachComm

Mix and match licenses

One location or many, you choose a license for each user. Put Basic on lobby and break room phones, Standard on most desks, and Premium for people who run a lot of meetings. Every account comes with an auto attendant, music on hold and an online admin portal.

Manage changes yourself

A designated admin can add or remove users, reset passwords, update the auto attendant and call routing, and pull call reports from a web portal. No ticket, no wait. Users manage their own call forwarding, greetings, voicemail and call history in the Webex app.

No big upfront cost

Cloud calling replaces the on-site phone system and the capital spending that comes with it. You pay per user each month and get updates as they roll out, without buying new hardware every few years.

Ready for growth

One cloud phone system covers every location and remote worker with one dialing plan. A new hire can be added from the admin portal in minutes. Standard and Premium add meetings and messaging. Click to call works from web-based CRMs on every plan, and Salesforce setup by PeachComm is an add-on*.

Manage your phone system online

Your admin works in Webex Control Hub, a web portal at admin.webex.com. Each user gets a self-service portal at user.webex.com, plus the settings in the Webex app.

For admins

  • Add and remove users, and reset passwords
  • Change the auto attendant, call routing and business hours schedules
  • View call history and reports

For each user

Frequently asked questions

What is a cloud business phone system?

A cloud business phone system is a phone system that runs over the internet instead of on a box in your office. It's also called a VoIP phone system. Calls ring on desk phones, computers and cell phones, and you manage everything from a web portal.

What's included in every PeachComm plan?

Every plan includes business calling on desk phones and in the Webex app, an auto attendant, music on hold, visual voicemail with transcription, call forwarding, single number reach and call recording. Messaging and meetings are included in Standard and Premium.

Can we add lines or locations without interrupting service?

Yes. New users and locations are added from the admin portal or by our team, without changes to your existing lines, and every location shares one dialing plan.
