Webex Calling Integrations for Outlook, Google, Teams & Your CRM

PeachComm's Webex Calling connects with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Google Workspace and web-based CRMs, so your team calls from the apps it already uses. Teams calling comes at no extra charge on Basic, Standard and Premium, and click to call works from Outlook, your browser or any web-based CRM.

FEATURED

Make and take business calls in Microsoft Teams

Cisco Call for Microsoft Teams, at no extra charge on Basic, Standard and Premium

Keep your team in Microsoft Teams and let Webex Calling run the phone system behind it. Cisco Call for Microsoft Teams puts your business line in the Teams sidebar. Call by phone number, extension, directory search or speed dial, right from a chat or channel.

Teams on its own calls other Teams users. Calling regular phone numbers normally means buying Microsoft Teams Phone. With Cisco Call, those calls run on Webex Calling instead:

  • No Microsoft Teams Phone licenses to add
  • Business calling features Teams-to-Teams calling lacks, like call queues, hunt groups and desk phones
  • Phone service and support from PeachComm, not Microsoft

What your team gets in Teams

  • Calls to and from any phone number, showing your business caller ID
  • Call queues and hunt groups, with queue sign-in and sign-out in the app
  • Your auto attendant and business hours, running on Webex Calling
  • Click to call from Teams on your Cisco desk phone
  • Multiple lines, plus a calling dock on Windows for hold, transfer, park and call recording
  • Voicemail with transcription, and call history across shared lines
  • Teams status shows “In a call” during Webex calls, with Do Not Disturb in sync
  • Background noise removal, plus live closed captions on desktop
  • Open Webex Customer Assist from Teams (a separate package)

How the Webex Calling integration with Microsoft Teams works

  • The Webex app runs in the background on each computer, and your administrator can hide its window.
  • Your Microsoft 365 administrator can turn off Teams' built-in calling, so everyone uses one calling platform.
  • Your team keeps its current Microsoft 365 or Teams licenses.
  • PeachComm handles the setup together with your administrator.

Microsoft Teams questions

Does PeachComm work with Microsoft Teams?

Yes. With Cisco Call for Microsoft Teams, your team makes and takes business calls in Teams on PeachComm's Webex Calling, with no Microsoft Teams Phone licenses to add.

Do we need Microsoft Teams Phone licenses to call from Teams?

No. With Cisco Call for Microsoft Teams, calls run on Webex Calling, so there are no Microsoft Teams Phone licenses to add. Your team keeps its current Microsoft 365 or Teams licenses.

Does calling in Microsoft Teams cost extra?

No. PeachComm provides Cisco Call for Microsoft Teams with Webex Calling at no extra charge on Basic, Standard and Premium.

Is this the same as Webex Teams?

CRM integrations

A Webex Calling integration with your CRM saves your team from copying phone numbers: call from the record in one click, and with Customer Assist, open the caller's record as each call arrives.

  • Click to call from any web-based CRM

    Basic, Standard and Premium

Set the Webex app as your computer's calling app. Then click a phone number link in a web-based CRM, and the Webex app calls it from your business number.

  • Screen pop with Customer Assist

    Customer Assist (a separate package)

When an agent answers a queue call, Webex Customer Assist can open the caller's record in your web-based CRM automatically. See Webex Customer Assist

  • Using another CRM?

    Ask us

Tell us which CRM your team uses, and we'll check what works with Webex Calling before you buy anything.

  • Salesforce

    Ask us

With the Webex App for Salesforce from Cisco, your team can place and answer Webex calls without leaving Salesforce, see the matching contact or lead when a call rings, and log each call to the record. On Standard and Premium, people can also message and meet from a Salesforce record. It needs Salesforce Enterprise Edition or higher with Lightning, and the calling panel isn't available in the Salesforce mobile app. The app is free to install yourself from Salesforce AppExchange, or ask us about setup by PeachComm*.

*Setup by PeachComm is an add-on. Additional charges apply. Salesforce is a trademark of Salesforce, Inc.

Click to call and app questions

How do we integrate our phone system with other business apps?

Start with the Webex app on each computer. It connects Webex Calling to Teams, Outlook, Google Workspace, your browser and web-based CRMs. We set up the integrations with your administrator.

Do we need a Webex Calling account for these integrations?

Yes. Each integration works with the Webex Calling service PeachComm provides, and some also need an administrator to enable them. We handle that part with you.
