How to Install Desktop, Mobile and Tablet Apps?


Prerequisites for all Apps:

  1. Verify with your site administrator that mobile & pc apps are enabled for your license. Even if your license is equipped with mobility apps, they still need to be activated by the administrator.

  2. You must set your “MyPhoneNext” portal password before you can use any app. The same password will be used to sign into all apps – desktop, tablet & mobile.

  3. Passwords can not be established or reset via the apps, you must use the following MyPhoneNext portal link in a web browser to set up your password.

The password must be at least 10 characters with the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 uppercase letter

  • Minimum of 1 lowercase letter

  • Minimum of 1 number

  • Minimum of 1 special character

If you lost your password or need to reset it, use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in screen, or ask your account administrator to reset your password via the admin portal. You will receive a temporary password via email (allow 10 minutes).


Mobile & Tablet Apps

  • The mobile and tablet apps are available from the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.

  • We recommend clicking the link from within the device where you want the app installed to ensure you’re selecting the correct app. There are several apps with the same app icon, but your credentials will not work unless you select the correct app.

Desktop Software App

Sign in to the MyPhone portal, Select My Apps from the left-hand menu, under Desktop Software

  • Locate BroadTouch PC Client and Click the Download button

  • If you have purchased the Add-on for CRM Connect, locate CRM Connect and Click the Download button
