Commonly Used Feature Codes


Barge In – Dial *33 + the target extension where the call you want to Barge into is Ringing or In Progress.

*50 (Extension)

Push to Talk – 1 way or 2 way, auto answer communication between 2 users/phones.

*Requires Standard or Premium User Seat License


*55 (Extension)

Transfer caller directly to a user's voicemail - in this scenario, you would of course need to hit the transfer key first.


*58

Group Call Park – Press transfer and then the *58 code. The system will automatically park the call on an extension and verbally tell you where it’s parked.

*Set-up via the Administrator Portal. Activation must take place for the Add-on to work.


*68 (Extension or # Key)

Park a Call - Press transfer and then the *68 code to select which extension you want to park the call or press # to park on your own extension. You could also press the “More” button on your phone’s screen and you will see an option for “park”


*88 (Extension or # Key)

Retrieve a Parked Call


In the park/retrieve examples above, the # key is used if the call is being parked or retrieved from the extension where you are parking/retrieving. The system will inform the user of the # option.
